Shipping 

Delivering your order is our priority as well as quality. We work with professional companies to deliver your order in time.   

Orders are processed and packaged within 3 to 5 days based on the time they are placed. We currently have the following flat rate shipping options only for Canada .

There is no weekend service for our Second or Next Day delivery options.  Therefore, a package that leaves our fulfilment centre on a Saturday or Sunday does not actually reach the shipper until Monday morning.

 Canada   

Within Canada, all items are shipped via Canada Post or Amazon Delivery Service. 

•  Standard: $9 / 5-8 business days        
•  Expedited: $13 / 3-5 business days  
•  Priority: $15 / 2-3 business days 

Please note that the shipping times quoted are in addition to the time required to process and pack your order and are estimates based only on our courier partners. Please note that shipping times will vary, particularly during peak holiday seasons. 

If you are ordering from eastern Canada, your order will take longer to deliver than you anticipated and will require extra time.

*At this time, we will not be shipping any orders International or United States of America. 

 Address errors 

If there is an error with the address and a package gets returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipment
