As a company, we reserve the right to refuse service and support any of our policies if any member of our team is not respected, threatened or used offensive language during communication with Oroys Clothing Company.
We are happy that we have been your optimistic socks purchase station! But, if the product you ordered does not make you smile whatever the reason is, you can send it to us within 30 days from the order date. ( email@example.com)
Replacement: There are a few important quick facts in order to Oroys product replacement. If the order does not meet your satisfaction, you can implement the replacement process by simply sending an email. Our team will take care of your order to get you exactly what is yours to wear. Because all of our products are for you.
Return: We don’t want you to take an effort on returning back to us. You can still keep the product then you will get the amount you paid for the product.
Refund: If there is a need for a refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you paid $5 for shipping, we will refund the cost you paid for the item, in order to $15 payment for an item, we will refund you $15.
Donation: Here’s to the crazy ones! We always think there is somebody who needs one pair of socks. If you don’t like the colour, model or size, we offer you another option other than sending it back to us. You can use your unworn, unwashed and labelled socks for donation. Please contact us about shipping for the charity addresses.
